Opportunities

We are always happy to accept passionate and talented people to come and work with us. There are numerous different ways in which you can be a part of our work. You can join as a long-term worker (more than one year), come as a volunteer (for in between 2-6 months), or come with a team from your church. If you want to join but you are unsure of where you would fit, please do not hesitate to contact us and we are looking forward to talking with you.

 

Volunteers (Minimum 2 months up to 1 year)

If you are interested to come and work with us, you can email us at: volunteer@tamarcenter.org and we will sent you our Volunteer handbook and application forms. The work for a short term Volunteer will be mostly going on bar outreaches, teaching English in our English Classes and also building relationships with the bar girls. Depending on your skills and experience there are other options as well for you, please contact us for details. Here are some of the areas where we always need some help:

• Administrative skills

• Teaching skills

• Communication skills

• Business development

• Hairdressing expertise

• Counselling expertise

• Culinary expertise

• Creative design/art ​​

 

Team (From 1 day to several weeks)
