We are always happy to accept passionate and talented people to come and work with us. There are numerous different ways in which you can be a part of our work. You can join as a long term staff (more than one year), come as a volunteer, or come with a team from your church or YWAM school. If you want to join but you are unsure of where you would fit, please do not hesitate to contact us. For more information, you can look on our volunteer or staff pages or just go ahead and fill out an application.

If you are wanting to come for a time period shorter than one year, you should apply as a volunteer. For the first few weeks it is important that you become familiar with how Tamar works, and therefore you may be mostly involved with the outreach, but in order for you to serve us the best we will try and place you according to your abilities. Below is a list of areas that we need help in on a continuous basis. If you have a vision that does not fit in any of these areas we are willing to come a long side you, if you contact us. If you want to apply as a short term volunteer, please fill out this application to start your application process. www.ywamthai.org/applications and fill out the short term staff application for Project L.I.F.E. Foundation.

We are always blessed and excited to accept teams that are willing to come a long side our ministry for a short time period. If you want to come as staff, you need to be making a long term commitment. We require all our staff to complete the Youth With a Missions Discipleship Training School (DTS), which is a 6 month course. We also require staff to complete the Thai Language and Culture Study, which takes about 1 to 2 years to complete. Below you will find a list of staff needs, but if your vision does not fit in any of these, please DO NOT hesitate to contact us anyway. We are willing to work with you, and are excited to hear your vision.
